Sports first drew me to photography and retains its abiding attraction as a subject. I am equipped to shoot almost any type of major athletic event and also to handle the less than ideal lighting often encountered in youth and scholastic sports. I thrive on the tight deadlines normally associated with sports photos. I've won three Associated Press awards for sports photography and have had numerous photos of all kinds selected by the AP for regional and national distribution.
